A Bit About...

Hi, my name is Sandy McGreeghan and I am the designer/owner of CyberMoose Web & Graphics.

I was what you call a "natural" artist, or at least that is what my family told me. My favorite subject in school was art and every spare moment I had I was drawing.

I started out in web design back in 1996 when the Internet was fairly new, at least new to the average "home" user. It was purely by accident that I stumbled into the world of designing web sites, and I got hooked...

I have refined my talents over the years to produce funcitional, yet artistically custom designed websites for my clients. My studies included HTML, JavaScript, and Graphic Design. I started out getting my feet wet by freelancing in the industry, helping non-profit organizations and small home based businesses get on the Internet.

In 1999 my move to Midland, Ontario was my inspiration to create a web directory that focused on the businesses in the area. The artistic side of me decided it should be a Moose.

In Novemeber of 2001 The CyberMoose Web Guide made it's début on the Internet. Since then The CyberMoose Web Guide has become a successful web directory providing information for both local residents and tourists to the area. It features local business listings from Georgian Bay to Muskoka - Midland, Penetanguishene, Orillia, Bracebridge, Gravenhurst and Huntsville.

At the same time I officially became a registered business, CyberMoose Web & Graphics, offering small businesses web and graphic design services.
