Hello, my name is Sandy McGreeghan. I am the owner, and the creative CEO of CyberMoose.

I am always asked, "Why a Moose?" Well, when I started the company back in 2000, I wanted something that symbolized Canada and I also wanted to satisfy my desire to have a cute mascot. I almost went with a Beaver, but after doing a search on the Internet, well lets just say I decided that might not be such a good idea :)

CyberMoose got it's start as a local business web diretory (www.cybermoose.ca) for the Georgian Bay and Muskoka region in November of 2000. The 'brand' CyberMoose grew into a full service web and graphic company along with the increasing traffic to the web guide.

We started to offer a range of services from website design, website advertising and graphic design for Logos, Business cards, Brochures and Flyers.

Our success is in providing affordable websites and graphic design services to our valued clients. Our secret is that we are a home based business, so we have a very low overhead, which in turn means savings to you!

More about the creator of a Moose...

I have always had a natural talent in some form of artistic design since childhood. My first passion was drawing cartoon characters (that was way back when, before people used computers to draw - yes, I am from the age of pencil and paper)

Later I travelled down another path and I designed and sewed my own patterns for collectable stuffed animals. I also started designing gift tags for the collectables I created and that started to spark a new passion with computers and graphic design.

In 1996 I entered the facinating world wide web, I finally felt that I found my true passion and decided that I could merge my natural talent for designing with this new media (well it was fairly new then) So I focused my studies to HTML, JavaScript, and Web and Graphic Design and the rest is history...
